Lead times
The delivery time is made up of vehicle supply, loading, time in transit, transshipment, clearance and unloading. The most underrated part is transshipment and clearance: that is where delays arise, not on the main leg.
The shipment week in the order is an ISO week, Monday to Sunday, and it must match exactly. If the order is not matched, it expires on the Monday of its own shipment week.
